Going to Shit Fast!!!

It amazes me everyday of the week that such self detached sheep are put into power. They have no clue yet they are our leaders. When I think about the Bullshit that happens in the workplace and the negative feel, certain members bring into it makes me sick.

We have dubbed him the "WeatherMan" - He only needs to be right 50% of the time.

Yet an individual we have called the Ewok buys his bullshit every time. As a designer... a real one... You don't need to analize for three or four hours the meaning of a project. It comes from the fundamental rules of delivering information to the masses in a way that makes sense and has the student/surfer "not" confused. As a developed designer it mainly comes from instict... we spend 40 minutes to his 3 hours or days to come up with shit that not only competes but destroys his design.

Which brings me to Kolb's Learning Cycle:

---------------------------
There are many models of learning. However, a particularly useful model for information design is the theory of experiential learning advanced by David Kolb, Professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University.
Basically, Kolb's theory of experiential learning states that learners progress through a learning cycle in which their experience leads to observation and reflection, and then to the formation of a concept.

The development of concepts, in this theory, leads to more new experiences, followed by further experimentation, observation, reflection, and formation of still more new concepts. Learning is a cycle. And, instruction design works best if it builds experiences that enable the user to go through such a cycle.

In interactive design, it's important to keep in mind that users begin the process of navigating through your product by observing and then reflecting upon what they've observed, in order to acquire mastery of a concept.

Your product has to be designed to facilitate this process. For that reason (among others), it is important to develop the product around specific learning objectives. Otherwise, you are simply presenting random and chaotic data to your audience, and expecting them to make sense of it.

---------------------------

The W.M. IS....random and chaotic data. Has no real clue as to how to deliver information needed to the target audience. Imagine Snoop posing... that's all he does. Amazing and retarded at the same time.

The W.M. character in my world is a real retard...The only way to get control is take apart previous projects... find faults and assign them to people. His plan for take over is to kill the original team and bring in people that sway his way.. political tactic and bad at most.

Anyone that can't see through this is truly blind
